Concept Masterplan
The emerging Masterplan shown below provides the following:

Delivery of up to 200 dwellings;

20% of the new homes to be delivered as affordable housing;

Approximately 2ha of land safeguarded for future primary education use;

Significant new planting and landscaping to enhance biodiversity and local green infrastructure;

Vehicular and pedestrian/cycle access off March Road, with a further pedestrian cycle/access to the north east;

A new footway along the north side of March Road along the site frontage and a pedestrian crossing facility to the south side of March Road;

A comprehensive and sustainable drainage strategy to support the proposals; and
-
Development which respects the amenity of neighbouring properties, land uses and the edge of settlement location with open countryside beyond.
